After introducing the Fit Score in the Candidate Results Page, we have integrated it into the assessment candidate table. Now, with just one glance, you can determine the alignment of the assessed candidate with the role. If you're unsure where to begin, focus on candidates with a Fit Score of "Good" and above. The default columns include Activity, Status, Assessment Date, and Fit Score. Feel free to customize your view by toggling other fields ON/OFF as needed.
