- Customer Service
The last two replace the previous Sales & Customer Service indicator, making the construct more specific and intentional.
Additionally, we’ve updated the names of these indicators:
- Team Player ➡️ Collaboration
- Problem Solving / Critical Thinking ➡️ Problem Solving
- Integrity ➡️ Work Ethic
- Safety Behavior ➡️ Workplace Safety
Existing customers using these indicators won’t be affected by the changes. However, the new terms will appear when editing or creating new jobs.
