# Our competencies library has been updated and enhanced!

We are committed to continuous improvement and making a meaningful impact. Our IO experts have researched new concepts and competencies to align with evolving market trends and needs. As a result, we're introducing the following competencies:

- Empathy
- Creative Thinking
- Sales Drive
- Customer Service

The last two replace the previous Sales & Customer Service indicator, making the construct more specific and intentional.

Additionally, we’ve updated the names of these indicators:

- Team Player ➡️ Collaboration
- Problem Solving / Critical Thinking ➡️ Problem Solving
- Integrity ➡️ Work Ethic
- Safety Behavior ➡️ Workplace Safety

Existing customers using these indicators won’t be affected by the changes. However, the new terms will appear when editing or creating new jobs.
