As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we've added the Fit Score to the candidate export functionality.

Now, when you export a list of candidates from a job, you'll have access to:

- Overall Fit Score: e.g., 9 - Exceptional
- Cognitive Fit Score: e.g., 5 - Average
- Personality Fit Score: e.g., 7 - Good

This ensures you have all the essential data in one file, enabling a comprehensive overview.
