You can now easily preview results for other jobs where a candidate might be a good match directly from the Talent Matching section on the Candidate Results page. This feature allows you to surface new opportunities for candidates and quickly add them to relevant jobs. By doing so, you save time and effort while keeping strong matches actively engaged with your talent pipeline.
